Following residency, Dr. Hatfield was instrumental in opening UF’s Generation to Generation Obstetrics & Gynecology Practice in Orange Park, where she was Medical Director and an Assistant Clinical Professor. She guided the practice from a group of three physicians seeing seven patients on their opening day to four physicians and one midwife who delivered nearly half of the obstetrical patients at Orange Park Medical Center.
In 2014, Dr. Hatfield left UF to join NFWP in Gainesville.
Dr. Hatfield has special clinical interests in adolescent gynecology, contraception and minimally invasive surgery. She is Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow in the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her husband is the Associate Director of the Engineering School of Sustainable Infrastructure and Environment at UF, and they stay busy with their three elementary-school-aged daughters.
